Our mPact Solution is changing the way the world tackles microbial treatment and prevention. Every application is tailored to the specific requirements of the home or business at hand, and follows three important steps:
Testing
Others provide “cookie cutter” solutions that are the same for every customer. But we always identify specific problems and their sources before we recommend solutions. In cases where problems are obvious, the testing step may include nothing more than a visual walk-through. In other cases, air sampling techniques, surface swabs and even thermal imaging may be required to provide benchmark data about contaminants that may be present.
Treatment
We tailor treatment recommendations based on our findings. We strive to limit the invasiveness and, in turn, the cost of treatments and repairs that are necessary to solve your indoor contamination problems. Our motto is “Fix what’s broken, save what’s not.” Recommendations range from simple clean up and treatment with our exclusive mPale® Antimicrobial to improved air filtration, repair of moisture leaks, replacement of compromised walls or floors, disinfectant measures, and preventive treatments.
Prevention and Maintenance
Pre-testing helps us identify the problems. Post-testing verifies that they have been addressed. Test data is verified by an independent laboratory, so you can be certain that results are accurate and objective, but it is our 3 year and other extended warranties available that provide real peace of mind, and guarantee that you will be happy with the result. We’ll present all the options and help you determine the appropriate level of service when we discuss your personalized Solution.

mPale™
The biggest weapon in our arsenal, mPale, is our exclusive antimicrobial agent that controls mold and bacteria without using a poison, instead controlling such microbes by puncturing cell walls on a microscopic level. mPale's unique spiked molecular structure is imperceptible to human touch but is highly effective against viruses, bateria, and fungus. mPale Antimicrobial is colorless, odorless, and can be applied to wood or metal, including stainless, aluminum, and chrome, walls, concrete, carpets, upholstery, ceramic and vinyl. The best feature of this product is that, once it is applied it bonds to the surface and retains its effectiveness; reapplication is recommended every 30 days*.

Our exclusive cleaner, sanitizer, and deodorizer, mPerial is the disinfectant that kills viruses, including human coronavirus. mPerial is registered with the EPA as a virucide and fungicide, and may be used in food preparation areas and many other areas, and is specifically formulated for compatibility with our mPale™ antimicrobial. mPerial is included on the EPA List N: Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2
